The space
The large double story dwelling offers downstairs a master bedroom with king bed featuring a walk through wardrobe and 3 way bathroom.

Also downstairs is the laundry and large kitchen, dining living and outdoor area. The lower level is fully self contained for a couple.
Upstairs features 2 additional bedrooms, 1 master suite with a ensuite, robe, balcony and king bed. The other has 2 single beds.
Upstairs there is also an additional sitting area and study that has a converable sofa lounge that you can use as an additional bed.
Parking is driveway and street parking only.
