While the majority of our guests do the right thing it is important to outline expectations and ensure we are all on the same page .

Checkout is 10am.

Bins:
Don’t cross contaminate recycling and rubbish and green waste bins. Absolute excessive rubbish or cross contamination of bins will result in a penalty fee being on charged of $100.
Bins are to be put out on Monday night, they are emptied on Tuesday mornings.

Smoking:
No smoking in the house or flat under any circumstances. Please pick up all cigarette butts. If cigarettes butts are found littered around the garden, bin area, curb and gutter or anywhere else a excess cleaning fee of a minimum $50 will be passed on.

Air conditioner and Lights
Please turn off the air conditioner when you leave or are going out.
Please ensure lights are turned off when you leave

Noise:
Please be mindful of neighbours. We ask that you respect quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Visitors:
Only guests on the booking are allowed at the property. No visitors are allowed at the property without prior approval. No Parties.

Damages:
This is a new property as such the property is in pristine condition. Any damages occurred or caused during your stay will be on charged for repair, this includes excessive cleaning for example drawing on the wall. Please report any damage that may occur during your stay to allow for prompt repair.
